Prayer of Passion for the Lord

My beloved Lord,

cleanse every imperfection and remove every shortcoming,

In Your tender mercy,

look on me with favor and let your untold pity pardon me!

that I may be blameless and perfect in my love for You,

that I have no other love but You.

Set my heart on fire, dear Lord,

for You and burn in it Your sacred flame.

that grace may abundantly flow from Yours through mine.

Lord Jesus,

my entire being desires You:

my senses, my will, my intellect, my memory.

I now present myself to You, make me Yours;.

Let me sing to You and weep to You,

Let me adore You and magnify You and honor You

O gentle Jesus, turn to me:

what I have broken, repair in me,

what is crooked, straighten it in me,

what I have lost, restore in me,

what is weak and sick, heal in me

With reverence and adoration, I praise You,

My heart leaps to You, dear Jesus,

My soul breaks out with sighing and longs for your love.

My body cries out with all its strength; I love You!

O Jesus, may I always take my full delight in You.
